  • Can beginners sign up for a ski tour?

    If you have never skied before, we can help you register for beginner courses at the ski resort. Depending on your level, the course will last one to two days, allowing you more freedom to move around.

  • When is the snow season in New Zealand?

    New Zealand's ski resorts are open from mid-June to mid-October each year, with the best snow conditions from mid-July to August or September.

  • What are some popular ski resorts in New Zealand?

    The most popular areas are Queenstown and the Wanaka area, with four super popular ski resorts: Cardrona, Treble Cone, Remarkables, and Coronet Peak.

  • What are the differences between ski resorts in New Zealand and those in Japan?

    New Zealand's ski resorts have no trees and consist of exposed rocky terrain. When there is enough snow, the entire resort can be skied. The terrain is mostly varied. It snows about once or twice a week. The snow is dry and hard, suitable for carving, park jumps, etc. The resorts all have well-equipped beginner areas for learning to ski. The local ski resort instructors have rich teaching experience. It is highly recommended to sign up for ski lessons for beginners or advanced skiers.

  • What happens if the ski resort closes due to weather changes or other factors?

    The itinerary may be adjusted depending on the situation, prioritizing the maximum number of days available for skiing during the trip, or alternative activities such as city shopping, museum visits, and other local attractions may be arranged (at an additional cost).

  • Is New Zealand expensive?

    McDonald's: NZ$15-25 per meal; Restaurant meals: NZ$25-40 per meal; Coke: NZ$5

  • How much do ski passes, equipment rentals, and lessons cost?

    The approximate costs for the ski resort are: ski pass NZ$180/day, equipment rental NZ$50/day, and ski lessons NZ$130/day. Combination tickets are also available upon inquiry.


  • Can I bring my own ski equipment?

    You can bring your own ski bag. Please inform us of the number of bags you will have when registering. Air New Zealand's baggage allowance is two large bags, and ski bags can be included.

  • What basic equipment do you need for skiing?

    For accessories, you'll need a helmet, neck warmer, goggles, snow socks, ski jacket, and ski pants.
